Returns Policy 

Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.



Process: 
1. You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
3. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. If rejected, the item will be returned to you.

Returns Shipping
If you are returning your item from outside the UK please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

• You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

• We cannot reserve items in advance. Your exchange will only be honoured if the item is in stock at the time of processing.

• We only accept returns in India if the item is damaged, defective, or if a wrong item was shipped.
